What do the classes include?

Depending on your requirements we cover grammar, vocabulary, speaking and many more. We also personalise our lessons based on your needs. Click here to check out our courses page to find out more.

Can I cancel a class?

​

Yes, you can but you have to contact us within 48hours before your next class.

​

Will I receive a refund if I cancel a lesson?

​

If you contact us within 48hours you will receive a 50% refund of the price you have paid.  Should you need to cancel a lesson please contact us on globaltongueonline@gmail.com. If you do not contact us within 48hours you will not receive a refund.

Can I reschedule a class?

​

To reschedule a class  you would have to contact us within 24 hours before your class. Please contact us on globaltongueonline@gmail.com if you need to reschedule a class.

How many classes do I need?

​

It is up to you in terms of how may classes you would like to book. In every trial session your level  is assessed and a prediction of the amount of classes you may need can be provided.

How does a face to face class work?

​

Our face to face classes normally take place in an allocated cafe in London, depending on where you live. Once you have booked a face to face class, you will be asked for your preferred location to meet.

Can I pay my tutor when I meet them for a face to face class?

​

Yes, you can pay your tutor in a face to face session.

​

Can I learn other languages with Global Tongue?

​

Global Tongue are looking to add more languages in the future but right now the key languages taught are English and Spanish.

Are there any class packages? 

​

Yes and we offer discounts for class packages. 

​

How do I become a language tutor?

​

If you are interested in teaching your native language or have obtained a qualification to teach a foreign language contact Global Tongue to discuss further.
